Clare’s Star Talent is a children’s casting agency that grew from the success of Mourne Stars Speech, Drama and Performing Arts. Since 2022, Clare has created screen-acting opportunities for her pupils, beginning with nine young performers cast in a professional EWTN film. With over 18 years of teaching and industry experience, Clare established the agency to support young actors aged 5–18 in accessing real Film and TV auditions. Many have already gone on to secure exciting, high-profile roles.
As a Spotlight-listed agency and members of the Agents of Young Performers Association (AYPA), Clare’s Star Talent operates to the highest professional standards, with all policies, contracts, and procedures fully compliant and child-focused. We work in line with UK and Ireland child performance regulations and licensing authority requirements, ensuring all children are properly licensed for film and television work
What we offer?

Once accepted, there is no fee to join Clare’s Star Talent. Families will meet with Clare to review and sign a professional contract, ensuring everything is clear, secure, and industry standard.

Clients have the option to join Spotlight, the UK’s leading casting platform. A professional profile increases visibility and connects performers with casting directors across film, TV, theatre, and commercial work.

Suitable clients may be submitted for a range of casting calls in film, TV, and professional productions. This includes exciting opportunities to gain real industry experience and build credits.

At Clare’s Star Talent, we carefully review each child to see if we can offer representation and support their journey into film and TV.
Not all applications can be accepted due to industry standards, but every child is considered fairly, with encouragement and guidance throughout.
Download the ‘parents guide’ along with the script appropriate to your child’s age to prepare and produce your self-tape for our audition process. Please ensure all submissions meet industry-standard self-tape requirements and are received by the closing date (TBC); only compliant entries will be considered.
